Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Italy: €8, delivery in 2–4 working days. European Union countries: €18, delivery in 3–7 working days. Switzerland and United Kingdom: €20, delivery in 4–8 working days; any customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.

Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, pickup is free at our Milan (Via Ponte Vetero 13) and Florence (Via della Vigna Nuova 69r) stores. At checkout choose "Store pickup": we will email you when your order is ready.

When will my order ship?
We prepare orders within 1–2 working days. When your parcel leaves, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it, with no need to give a reason. Email info@dynamoshop.it with your order number, or bring the item to our Milan or Florence store. Full conditions are on the Payments and returns page.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of your return request, using the payment method you used for the purchase.

Sizes and fit

How do I choose my size?
Many of our garments are unisex: for women, the XS fits like a women's S. Each product page shows the fit (regular, comfortable or oversized) and the size guide.

Garment care

How do I wash my garments?
Washing instructions for each garment are on its product page and on the inside label. Following them keeps fabrics, membranes and padding in good condition.

Gift card

How does the gift card work?
It is digital only: it arrives by email with a code, is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used on dynamoshop.it and in our Milan Brera and Florence stores, across several purchases.
