Payment and Returns

PAYMENT
Payment for the Order must be made at the time the Order is placed. Payment must be made online with a Credit Card and/or PayPal, following the instructions on the website itself.
Once the Shipping Confirmation is received, the invoice for the Order will be issued and sent via e-mail to the Order holder at the e-mail address provided at the time the Order was completed.
In the event that, within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the Shipping Confirmation, the Order holder does not receive the aforementioned invoice via e-mail, the Order holder may contact us at the following link "Contact Us" or via e-mail: info@prodynamo.com.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided at the time of completing the Order will be used; therefore, please always check the accuracy of the information provided with the utmost precision.

Welcome to the return and refund conditions of the Dynamo The Good Company online store. These conditions have been created to guarantee fair and transparent customer service. Please read the following carefully to understand our terms and conditions relating to returns and refunds.

RETURN PERIOD
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. After this period, we will not accept returns or refunds.

PRODUCT CONDITION
The product must be returned in the following conditions:
– It must be in new, unused condition and free from signs of wear.
– It must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped by mistake. In such a case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

PROCESSING TIMES
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product. We will notify you by e-mail once the refund has been processed.
