Conservation of the territory and the bio-hydrogeological balance of the area. Recovery of agricultural, livestock and forestry traditions of the area. Non-intensive and high-quality productions. It is on these elements that Oasi Dynamo Società Agricola has been operating since 2015. And the results are excellent products that are enjoyed by guests of Dynamo Camp and Dynamo Academy, and partly sold through small local shops. Berries, potatoes, cheeses and yogurts are among the main products. From mid-June to mid-July it is time for organic strawberries, of different varieties: 700 kilos are produced per year, and are offered loose or in packages of 250 or 500 gr. Throughout July it is the turn of organic raspberries, about 150 kilos per season. At the end of August it is time for organic potatoes, yellow and white flesh, and yellow and red skin, with a production that reaches 10 quintals per year. With cheese, all produced from organic milk, we reach 5 thousand kilos per year, including aged cheese, produced from raw unpasteurised whole milk, caciotte and primo sale, both from pasteurised whole milk, ricotta and plain whole yogurt.

In addition to production itself, Oasi offers those who visit this wonderful place the opportunity to learn about the productions and methods of this truly special agricultural enterprise. Among them, this year, the students who in July took part in the Social Entrepreneurship and Civic Engagement course, by Dynamo Academy in collaboration with Active English (next edition in summer 2021 or available on request) visited the productions and learned what it means to be a "protected area" and to practice agriculture in harmony with the environment and in accordance with the principles of the European Union's rural development policy.
